SWMI BannersSWMI believes that missions conferences are vital to the life and growth of the church's missions program. Thus we have prepared 33 large banners for your use to help your church visualize the needs around the world and to emphasize different conference themes. Please, take a few moments and look through these banners. Stop and think about each one for a while. Pray and ask God to help you to decide on a theme for this year's conference. It is our desire and prayer that God will use these banners, in and of themselves, to call others into full time world evangelism. Someone may focus on the content of a banner from day to day, during the extent of the conference, and become burdened for lost souls like never before. The Bible verses, the quotes, the concepts involved, and the faces of the people should be enough to touch the life of someone for life-changing ministry. These banners are of different sizes. You need to make sure that your auditorium, or wherever you may hang the banner, is large enough for the banner. For example, you wouldn't want to ask for a banner that is 12 feet long if you only have a 10 foot ceiling. Each banner has grommets, metal eyelets, for the use of hanging it. These are not shown on the banner examples in the thumbnail gallery, but rest assured that they are already there. Depending on the size of your auditorium and the location you wish to hang each banner, you may need to schedule a time to have the banner hung. You may want to delegate this responsibility to someone in the church. Note, we do not provide materials (rope, wire, carabineers, etc.) for the hanging of the banner. You must provide those for yourself. These banners are available for your use. We want to make them available to all churches, regardless of size, in order to assist you in your missions outreach. Many churches do not have the ability to shoot international photography, design, do layout, print, or pay for banners of this quality. Yet we believe the cause of Christ deserves to be done well and glorify Him Who gave His all for us. Thus we are providing these banners to help those who do not have the same talents or resources as the Lord has given us. Some churches have much smaller budgets than others, and we realize that. Therefore, rather than charging for the use of the banners, SWMI asks that you give a love offering for their use. Your love offering, of course, will be used in world evangelism. If you were to use just one of these 33 banners each year, it would take you 33 years to use them all. We do have plans of adding other banners in the future. So be sure to visit this page from conference to conference. You may request the use of more than one banner, if desired. We have used these banners in the front and back of auditoriums, on the sides, as well as outside the church building. We have also used one of the children's banners in a separate children's mission conference. We do ask that you put in your request with enough time to get the banner sent to you in a timely manner. (We might be out of town or even out of the country when you want to make a request for a banner, so be sure to allow yourself plenty of time for us to get the banner to you.) We ask that you return the banner within 10 days of the end of your conference. This extra time is given so that you may continue to use the banner in the church for another week or so while you continue to receive your faith promise cards. This also gives you a few days of breathing time to get the banner shipped back to us. Please, remember, when returning the banners, that other churches may be waiting to use the same banner after you are finished with it. We only have one copy of each banner. These are professionally made banners. We can not afford to keep several copies of each banner on hand. Thus, we will provide the use of the banners on a first come first served basis. Whenever David speaks in a missions conference or special meeting, he would be glad to bring any of these banners with me for your use. (He has 3 series of messages for conferences that specifically to go along with 3 of the banners: (1) Fulfilling the Promise, (2) Serving a Jealous God, and (3) Sheep in the Midst of Wolves. The series on "Serving a Jealous God" deals with idolatry and world religions. The series on "Sheep in the Midst of Wolves" deals with persecution and personal evangelism.)
